What Areas Will You Not Deliver To?
Sorry but we are currently unable to deliver to Southern Ireland. In addition we are also unable to deliver outside the UK or to freight forwarding companies.

When Will I Get My Order?
We recognise the importance of getting your order to you as quickly as possible and therefore aim to deliver your order next working day (Highlands & islands usually take 2 to 3 working days). However, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion and breakdowns your order may take an extra day to arrive.

Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 5pm (4pm on Fridays) and orders placed after this time may not be processed until the next working day. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?
All orders are dispatched by courier to ensure the goods reach you quickly, safely and in prime condition. Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive your order as a signature is required. If Couriers attempt a delivery and the calling card left is not responded to, the parcel will be returned to us.

How Much Will It Cost To Deliver My Order?
As you will appreciate costs of couriers can be very expensive but we have managed to keep our delivery costs as low as possible. Our delivery charge is currently a flat fee of just £2.95 plus vat. NB Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey is more expensive at £12 plus vat.
