What Areas Will You Not Deliver To?
We are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Ireland, freight forwarding companies or anywhere outside the UK.

When Will I Get My Order?
We recognise the importance of getting your order to you as quickly as possible and therefore aim to deliver your order next working day. Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 5pm and orders placed after this time may not be processed until the next working day. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day. Highlands & Islands will be 2 working days delivery.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?
All orders are dispatched by courier to ensure the goods reach you quickly, safely and in prime condition. Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive your order as a signature is required. If Couriers attempt a delivery and the calling card left is not responded to, the parcel will be returned to us.

How Much Will It Cost To Deliver My Order?
As you will appreciate costs of couriers can be very expensive but we have managed to keep our delivery costs as low as possible. Our delivery charge is currently a flat fee of just £2.95 plus vat. This is regardless of order value and we believe is very competitive in todays market.

Where's My Order?
Our agreement with the couriers is for next working day delivery between 8.30am and 5.30pm. In the unlikely event of your order not arriving please contact us as soon as possible so we can track your order.
