When will I Get My Order?

How Much Do You Charge For Delivery?
Regardless of size of order our delivery charge is only £2.95 plus VAT

Are Your Products Originals?
Yes all products are original Hewlett Packard branded. We do NOT sell refills or compatibles.

Why Are Your Prices So Cheap?
Because we are an on-line only shop and not a bricks and mortar shop it means our overheads can be kept to a minimum and we are able to offer the best possible prices. 

Can I Collect My Order?
No, unfortunately we don't have a retail counter.

Do You Deliver Outside The UK?
No. We currently only deliver to mainland UK postal addresses. For full details of delivery click here

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Delta cards. Credit Accounts are available to Businesses and Educational Establishments (See below for more information).

Can I Open A Business Credit Account?

Do you Accept Purchase Orders From Schools & Councils?
Yes. We are happy to accept purchase orders from Schools, Colleges, Universities and Local Councils. Simply fax your orders to 0800 092 5104 and your order will be processed immediately and we will send you an invoice for the goods. There is no need to set up an account with us.
