Loyalty Discount Points - A Little Thank You For Your Continued Business We appreciate the commitment our customers have shown by coming back month after month to buy their HP Ink & Toner Cartridges from us. Although we pride ourselves on offering competitive pricing and excellent customer service we wanted to give our customers a little bit extra as a thank you. We are pleased to now be able to give our customers loyalty discount points. So how does it work! Collecting PointsWhen you shop with us, every purchase is worth loyalty discount points. You will be awarded one discount point for every £1 spent (excluding shipping & vat). Each discount point is worth 2p so for example a purchase of £100 gives you 100 loyalty discount points and this is equal to a £2 discount.
Each product shows how many loyalty discount points you can earn and as you add products into your basket you will notice it displays the total loyalty discount points available if you purchase the products in the basket. You do not need to register to take part in our loyalty scheme as our system does it automatically! NB On 19/6/10 we reduced the value of each discount point from 3p to 2p for all new purchases. Customers who have accrued discount points to this date will still be able redeem these points at the old rate of 3p. We have increased the number of discount points to compensate for the decrease. For example if you had 923 points at 3p each this equated to £27.69. Your new points total would have been altered to 1384 points at 2p each which equates to £27.69. Viewing PointsTo view the total Loyalty Discount Points & Value click on My Account and Order Information. Loyalty Discount Points for orders currently being processed will not appear in the totals until they have been dispatched. Against each order you will notice it displays the Loyalty Discount Points awarded. If the points are in [brackets] they are waiting to added to your account total. If they are in bold they have not yet been spent otherwise they have been spent. Spending PointsThe Loyalty discount Points and the associated discount value available is displayed when you view the basket. Simply click on the tick box next to where it displays Use xxx Points. However, you may decide not to spend the points on this ocassion and use them for that next big toner order you will need to place! About Points
Points are added to your account only when the order has been accepted & dispatched. Should you cancel your order after dispatch or return any items the relevant points will be deducted from your account. Loyalty points are only available for orders placed on-line and not by telephone or fax and are valid for 12 months from the date awarded. |
